  • Pork

    Slaughter Fee: $100

    Processing: $1.15/lb

    Bulk Flavored Sausage: $1.00/lb

    Bacon (Cured & Sliced): $1.50/lb

  • Lamb

    Slaughter and Processing: $100

    Add pork fat: $3.00/lb

    Add beef fat: $4.00/lb

  • Poultry

    Chickens: $7/whole bird (+$2 for full breakdown)

    Turkeys: $2/lb for whole bird (+$2 for full breakdown)

    Geese: $25/bird

    Ducks: $15/bird

    *Birds are only processed on the third Saturday of each month. (dropoff 24hrs before)

  • Wildgame

    Processing: $1.15/lb

    Bulk Flavored Sausage: $1.00/lb

    add Pork Fat: $3.00/lb

    Add Beef Fat: $4.00/lb

    Gut and skin: $150

    Just skin: $50

    Antelope: $130.00 minimum

    Deer: $220.00 minimum

    Elk: $350.00 minimum

    Bear: $180.00 minimum

All orders not picked up within 7 days, following call date, will be charged $7.00/day storage fee.

We do not charge extra if you want to keep bones, offal, fat, or hides.
